THE BRIEF

This small independent inn had recently expanded its bedroom inventory by converting an adjacent property in to five luxury bedrooms. With a fresh new look, their goal was to attract higher-spending guests and maximise their revenue potential. As a small property they needed a cost-effective way to gain revenue management expertise to support their on-property team.

  • Recategorising their entire inventory to highlight their new luxury features/status
